Youth and Families Lead the Relationship
We’ll follow your lead and connect you to community supports that are family focused and culturally sensitive. Our role is to remove barriers to resources as we work with you to identify strengths and needs.

社区 Connectors work directly with youth and families using a youth-family driven approach. 社区 Connectors are reflective of the communities where families reside and will work with you in identifying strengths, needs and capacity to participate, while identifying both informal and formal supports.
的 社区 Connections Director specializes in understanding resources that exist in Omaha, including how you can access them. 的 Director serves as a conduit between partnering agencies and provides ongoing support to the 社区 Connectors. 的y collaborate with agencies that provide unique services and supports to their communities.
