We offer a wide range of dental services, from restorative dentistry to dental implants and dentures. Each of our incoming patients receives a comprehensive oral evaluation and targeted care. What’s more, we keep you thoroughly informed of your options every step of the way.

The dental clinic is dedicated to providing effective and comfortable care. To help make your visit as efficient as possible, please attend to the following before your appointment:
- Bring: A government-issued photo ID (or an equivalent — see 医疗身份盗窃政策) and your insurance or Medicaid card is required.
- Print: If able, print and complete the Patient Registration form in 英语 or 西班牙语 and bring it to your first appointment.
- Print: If able, print and complete the Health 历史 form in 英语 or 西班牙语 and bring it to your first appointment.

- Review our patient resources to learn about your rights as a patient, the terms of your treatment and patient privacy.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide day care services for children or dependent adults. Please make appropriate arrangements.

Handicapped parking is located near the main (west) entrance. Complimentary golf cart service is provided for patient transport in the west main lot.
